      The 5th Annual Louisiana Youth and Young Adult Summit on Tobacco will take place on March 3, 2012 at Dillard University, in the Professional Building, in New Orleans, LA from 8am to 5pm.

      There will be a special guest performance by Dee-1 with a pre-summit mixer on March 2, 2012 from 7pm to 10pm in Kearny Hall.
