From Miranda in Ouachita Parish

My family and I appreciate all of the work everyone has put into the smoke-free laws. My husband and I have young children we have always hoped for smoke-free air! My question is this, does the law include smokers standing in the door way of a store such as Walmart, Goodwill, etc… as I left a store the other day a lady stood within inches of the door smoking. I hope that it does include this as it a large problem, I do not understand why people do not think to move away… any info would be great. Thank you!
